To me: real nice interior design, but the plastic looks cheap, and it looks overall quite "sad".
Lacks a "sporty" and younger spirit. More carbon maybe?

I chose very satisfied, love the interior. Only thing I'm considering changing is aftermarket shifter, but it's still not monday so I'm holding back on that thought for a bit.

I think that it's absolutly gorgeous! This is the best interior design since Corvette's digital display in the C4 'Vettes!

I'm very satisfied, I think the designers poured thier heart and souls into this and it shows. This car is something I'll be proud to sport around in.

I love it. The only concerns I have are the shifter is ugly and looks too thick for comfort, and that the center armrest looks too low and not adjustable.

Somewhat satisfied.
I would bump that up to 'satisfied' if they used a speedo and tach that were not eye sores. IMHO, these guages disrupt the continuity of the design philosophy that I see elsewhere on the Camaro -- namely a modern interpretation of Camaro's lineage. Take the exterior or the quad-guage pod; both are modern in their appearance, but clearly trace back to Camaro's roots. The speedo and tach look like they took a late 1960's guage and put an LED behind it. Yuck! Ditch the gaudy dial/button thingies below the stereo and I go up to 'very satisfied'. What on Earth where the designers thinking with those gross appendages?!? Last edited by ralniv; 07-20-2008 at 11:45 AM. |
