I don't think I've seen a single vehicle made fun of anymore than the 5th gen Camaro on that website.

Can someone give me some insight as to why people think we drive slow turds

Thank you

Is this Tenacity's new account?? Hmmmmmm...

Thanks for the replies guys...obviously we all feel differently than the opinions of others.

I forgot to mention, everyone over there seems to think that the CTS-V is a god car (It's very nice...but I can't justify the cost vs power against the Camaro).

Also, I think they prefer 4th gen LS1's because they are much cheaper overall than the fifth gen to make faster/run 11s

There's more to a car than just pure power, which, I feel, is quite adequate in the stock SS form. No other car, in my humble opinion, can match the 5th Gen. looks, especially from 2010-2013. Not even the first Gen, while beautiful, grabs me the way a 5th Gen does.

Pick your poison. Any adult with any sense would consider driving conditions, practicality, price etc. before thrashing or condoning any of the 3 muscle cars in this list below.
Usually when owners hate on comparative cars made by other manufacturers... They've got deeper issues including car/penis envy!

That's a good piece of data. All within a tenth for the basic performance metrics and the weight difference between the Mustang and Camaro is negligible.

Because the only thing that page is concerned about is drag racing. You can easily buy a best to shit old Z28 and mod it out to run 11s. But then it still handles like shot, is uncomfortable as hell on the street, looks like a smashed asshole, and the interior feels like a car from the 80's. The 5th gen may be harder to make quick because of the weight, but I would gladly take it's other benefits any day of the week.

This thread title makes me laugh.

You can mod anything and make it fast. 12.9-13.4s are still fairly quick for a stock car on Friday night drag races. The 5thgens are doing fine.

Exactly how is feel. I knew going in , I wasn't buying the fastest car out there. I was going for the total package. Looks, speed, ride, price , and I am very happy with all of it.
