Fascinating!

Wonder what benefit DOHC will bring to their V8 performance, they've been so excited about cam in block for so long.

And I wonder if it's meant for a Cadillac as some sort of a "Northstar" replacement....those guys did say something about developing their own engines/chassis.

It is listed under book code "Y" which is Corvette. This would explain the giant hood, need room for big cylinder heads. Smells like a L88 car to me...

At least it confirms the LT5 is coming. I'm hoping they stick with the small block. DOHC is too big and heavy.

I know I'm a little late but Happy New Year to the HouZe.

Detroit is just a few days away. Any guesses on what will be revealed? I know they announced a few CUVs but I'm hoping there will be a surprise. Maybe the big aero Corvette or Camaro.
