Torque spec for a Grade 10.9 M14 bolt is 165 lb-ft dry.

I'll need to verify my torque specs then for sure. I was told 100-110 ft lbs would work (I think the service manual said 110 ft lbs for stock)... Pfadts are 100 ft lbs torqued for solid aluminum. I happen to have ADMs version of the bushings. What do you torque your solids too?

Did do mine yesterday (at my initial torque specs) and tight as a drum still after initial retorque...

Thanks for the update!

If you're asking about mine, little to none, but, I hear more noise with the delrins in the diff while slowing. Before the delrins, very little noise...

What you are hearing is either 1: loose subframe bushing bolts, see above torque spec, or 2: (most likely) you are hearing something that was hidden before with the stock bushings.

OEM bolts are M14 grade 10.9, so I go to the standard torque chart value of 165 lf-ft.

I just finished installing these and it wasn't bad at all. I used the 2 jack method with a heating torch and it took a little under 4 hours. Took it for a quick test drive and I didn't notice any additional NVH and it definitely felt tighter but certainly not harsh. All in all a great mod and thanks to Pegasus for a great product and excellent service.

When heating the cradle for the larger rear most bushings, any concern on the fuel tank proximity? Can you heat just the outside half of the cradle to get it to release?

No worries, as long as you lower the cradle enough and do not apply direct heat towards the tank. I installed these bushings using the heat method in my driveway with no problems. Yes you can only heat part of cradle that houses the bushing. But the greater area you can heat the easier and quicker. They really helped make the rear end more solid and predictable.

Yes, I use the heat method a lot unless the customer specifies they don't want it done that way, or when we are dropping the subframe for other things like a fuel pump and such. No issues with heat near the tank.
