Without a doubt, I would listen to Z06 Bryan. Very knowledgeable forum member.

Thanks for all the advise, just need to decide on remote tuning or dyno tune.

If you are doing the other work yourself I would definitely go with the remote tune.

If you're going to spend the money to have someone tune your car, I would recommend taking the car to the tuner, where it can be dyno and street tuned in person. This will yield the best results. I'm not saying that you can't get good results out of remote tuning, because several people do.

Example:

I had my car dyno tuned remotely, with minimal street time, by a respected tuner. When I drove the car home, some drive-ability issues popped up. None of which were ever really fixed being remotely tuned. The car made decent power (650 hp) on a dynojet, but I was only able to get a best of 11.1 @ 125 mph with this tune.

A few months later, I scheduled an appointment to have Jeremy Formato tune the car in person, at a shop in Gettysburg, PA - he travels there every few months for this purpose. He made about 5 pulls on the dyno to get the car making good, safe power - he will tell you he tunes on the conservative side unless you ask otherwise. The car put down 689 hp and just under 700 Ft lb. We then spent about an hour tuning on the street and highway with his portable wideband. I was sitting in the passenger seat throughout the whole process, and it was a great experience. The car drove flawlessly on the street, in all situations and conditions, and even better at the track. Same track, slightly higher DA, only change was in the tune - the car went 10.52 @ 131 mph.

Just some food for thought.

What rear wheel & tire are you running to get 10.52?
