For future references here are the front and rear ZL1 caliper breakdowns (requested by 'hammdo').
Also added the rear breakdown for the SS in post#10!

Rebuild.
Had mine recoated locally for 100 bucks and started the rebuild process. Would probably have the second one done if hadn't ripped one of the large dust boot.
Got parts from Rock Auto, Iamgmparts.com, and Amazon.

Powdercoat is tougher than paint especially after a stock repaint, so not to worried.
