How long term are we talking? I'd LOVE to go FI, but not sure if that's something I'll ever really do... :P
Other than bolt ons, what mods could I do that would still work with FI? I.e. ZL1 fuel pump, wider tires, suspension...?

It is a LONG read, but I show before and after, including dynos after the changes. There is not much (except short block -- excluding cam -- and rebuilt trans) that is still stock. It is all about modding and what I got from the mods ;o0 -Don

I just had the GPI VVT SS1 installed in December and made 430rwhp on their dyno. I went to a drag strip for the first time ever this month and ran a 12.3 at 116 on my third pass on all season street tires. From what I was told the vvt ss2 cam only packs on a few more hp at the top end so if its just a daily and you don't need 10-20 more top end hp I wouldn't do an ss2 because you'll most likely end up spending money on a converter as well. That's just my opinion though, you can do whatever you want.

Inferno, what other mods do you have? I saw another GPI SS1 cammed car that made 460 RWHP, but he had a UDP and his intake rail modified.

Local friend made 44x rwhp with the GPI SS1, on a load dyno.

Only other power mods I've done are 1 7/8 longtubes with offroad connectors and an air intake. Haven't done heads or underdrive pulley so that's why it's probably lower.

Go bigger if you're getting a converter. I have the ss2 and want more.
