And the new evac setup seems to be working MUCH better. I've been being really hard on the car and haven't collected one drop of oil in the breather cans. I think the diameter of the hose has a lot to do with how much oil gets "pushed".

Great to hear the news! Keep all of us posted. Get some numbers when you get tuned. Sounds like you have things back on track.

I really should try another dyno sometime just for fun. When I was on the dyno at GPI, it was 90 some degrees and humid with no fan in front of the car. I'm also only running 19 degrees of timing at WOT right now and could probably run a little more and still be safe.

I took the car out to the track on Sunday for the 1st time this year. No 10's but the car felt very strong. Getting the 60ft better little by little. This was also at full weight, last time out I had removed the passenger and rear seats which is about 100lbs. I should have removed them this time and I would have ran a 10.91...

Looks great! You should be happy with those numbers. How is the blow by issue at this point? Glad you are posting again. You have a very interesting ride, for sure. How much boost are you running with your lower CR? By the way, I compared the resistance values of the IAT in the MAF vs. the Remote IAT you have installed in the manifold. Vastly different. Hope the tuners inputted the correct resistance data for the remote IAT. I spent a lot of time investigating IAT placement and the consensus seems to be, if spraying water/meth, do not install IAT post spray, IAT placement is safest pre spray. This is a difficult subject to completely define, so I'm staying on the safe side. Also, checked the Baro to compare the one in the stock MAF to the remote mounted sensor. Again, not the same readings, considerable differences in barometric pressure readings when comparing with a scan tool. I decided rather than take any chances, I would continue to use the IAT sensor in the MAF and I simply used a second LFX MAF, mounted in the back of the engine in a machined delrin vented enclosure and wired it in, just to be absolutely sure all the data is matched to the Delphi ECU. Can't afford to have problems with mismatched components. I'm staying on the safe and absolute side of potential issues. Note that in the pictures, I show the IAT sensor but have since removed it. Only trying to add information for discussion purposes.

I like that box you made for your sensor. I wanted to do something like that but don't have the skills. So I just drilled a hole in my strut bar and put my MAP/Baro sensor there.

Your explanation concerning the line sizes makes sense. So glad that one is behind you.

Ok so I checked all the cans and drained 6-7oz of oil out of the clean side can. That's the can that catches the oil splattering out of the oil cap. That's what used to go into my turbo inlet and into my intercooler. So glad I changed it all up like it is now. That's a lot more oil than I thought was going to be in there but it is what it is. The engine just makes a lot of pressure at 20#. When I went to drain it I opened the petcock a little bit and nothing came out so I opened it all the way and lots of oil started coming out. So I think I wasn't opening it enough when I was checking it before. So I'm thinking this 6-7oz of oil has been collecting since I put the can on. I'm sure a lot of it came from Sunday at the track though, 5 long 1/4 mile passes at full boost. So the blow by/crankcase pressure is still pushing some oil out but now I'm catching it and not letting it get into my turbo intake piping/intercooler or letting it mist all over the engine with a breather filter. The can on my passenger side valve cover had just a few drops of oil. The Elite E2-X Ultra can is still catching the oil/condensation mix it always has.

Yes, I discovered you have to open the drain valve all the way and wait due to the cool oil contaminants to start flowing. OH! Those cans work!! Great to hear!

I went back to the track on the 10th and finally got that 10 I've been chasing. We still have a lot of work to do on the 60ft but it feels good to finally say I have a 10 second car.

What tune changes did you make in the automatic transmission? Hard to believe it can take this kind of HP. Interested to know those changes.
