You would have to patch the holes from your old spoiler. Which would mean welding the holes closed sanding, priming and then paint.

It is a subjective topic. With that being said, it is an integral part of the aero package on the 1LE and it is fully functional. It is not there simply for looks. IMHO, unless you have a hardcore track set-up and you're serious about road racing...the thing would simply make the average car look like a grocery cart. I'm not sure why, but you seem bothered. It was a question about the fact of compatibility, not subjective opinion. I understand mounting points and filling holes. My only concern is fitment, to which you seem to have little to add.

It makes sense to inquire my community before making expensive commitments. I'm not countering posts, I am responding to them. It is my responsibility to respond as I've brought up the topic. Why don't you driver over to a Chevy dealership and look for yourself . Or go into the 6 gen forum and look at the pictures of the back end of the cars.

If you want something bad enough get out there and do your own research . Not by asking a bunch of Gen5ers . We don't know because we don't own a Gen 6 or the ZL1 1LE wing. You are the pioneer not us ,how the hell would we know so get out there . Take one for the team sport.
