Black is always good, But matching the springs/sway's isn't a bad idea either.

Looks good!!

You should probably offer it in a range of colors, if you can:

Light Blue
Black
Medium Red
Yellow
and bright Silver

Those (^) would cover the brighter colors the Camaro is currently offered in, so buyer can at personalize. For all others, a buyer can pick black and it won't look out of place.

I know you guys have the talent; why not make this tower brace out of aluminum components, making it even lighter and higher tech looking? More in line with your other suspension pieces?

how about just "primer" so we can paint to match body color? (unless you can offer in body colors).

The engine cover fits perfectly with our brace. The owner of this car removed it first thing.... I would have done the same!!! Funny thing is there is another fake cover between the upper cover and the intake manifold!

Kind regards,
Do you have plans to have one clear the TVS 2300 Magnuson Blowers, with hundreds of units being sold, I would think that would be a viable option for many of the clients who have supercharged their cars?

I agree the 2010 Camaro has a stiff platform but there is still deflection at the towers. This product serves 2 functions; it looks awesome and it stiffens the chassis even more for better ultimate performance. This product will complement or support other chassis products we offer. Please feel free to call or email me anytime with questions!

We are looking at producing a carbon/aluminum strut tower brace but the cost will be considerably more. In terms of weight the unit above is very light and strong. A lot of engineering has been put into this piece. When we get closer to releasing another strut tower product I'll be sure to post it although it will be some time from now. Please feel free to call or email us anytime with questions.

Hi Steve,

We are verifying the fitment with a TVS type blower. We don't have a TVS equipped Camaro here to test fit the strut tower brace on. If you have one please measure from the top of the Intake valley cover to the top of the blower and let me know.

So far it looks like Silver is the #1 choice!! Please keep the request coming in terms of colors!! If anyone has any questions please feel free to call or email us anytime!! We appreciate everyone's interest in Pfadt products and have a great day!

Kind regards,

We're getting very close to the launch of our 4-point Pfadt Strut Tower Brace. This piece was featured at GM's SEMA booth on their beautiful DSO Eyewear show car. I'll have some cool photos for you shortly.

In the mean time, here is our first production piece...

Our strut tower brace weighs only 6 pounds and is Made in the USA of 1 inch high strength steel. The engineered truss design maximizes functional stiffness without adding unnecessary weight.

Our design uses an optimal direct path between the strut towers which maximizes the effective chassis stiffness.

We include all of the hardware you'll need. You don't need to even jack the car up, the strut does not need to be removed. Our factory style rivnuts firmly attach directly to the chassis for an easy install and ultimate performance.

We're targeting sub-$300 and a first batch in December.
