Thanks for the photo,but i was talking about the yellow and CGM one,the one that JJ was giving rides in . I'm sure that one has made some high speed laps,but i KNOW the Yellow one has.Thanks again for the photo tran.If this is truly the work of high speed,i will find out first hand when i take mine to the texas mile

When was the last time you drove in 85 mph headwinds? Cause that's what it would take at 70mph to equal 155mph total. I think there's a lot of nonsense on both sides of this issue. The problem has (supposedly) happened, let's see how Chevy deals with it before declaring that the "sky is falling".

The pace cars at alot of the race tracks have done 155, did not see them cracked.

Look at the top picture, there are a bunch of cracks, look in the shadow. I think it hit something.

this is real bad news, this should not happen at any speed !! after studing the pics I think its a supplier issue and not one caused by simply driving at a high speed.

We will see, I guess... don't know what to say. If it is a problem, a fix will be made I imagine. Some sort of recall in the future. Just part of the 'charm' of having a first run!

My guess is, they hit a bird or possibly a hamster when they were going 155 around the track.

ill take mine to welding shop have some steel braces welded in dont want no cracks after ive been out cruising at 155 mph.avis might need it.

I started to read thru this thread, untill it became an attack thread, then I just gave up and came to the last page.

I want to know who sat on the front of the car? or who thought the hood extended too far and lifted up on the wrong part of the car?
