Tint is usually the only mod that I do to my cars, but for the camaro:

1. Tint
2. Chrome black interior pieces for the interior(camaro black edition)
3. Possibly an new trunk lid with the high rise on it, but I will keep the old trunk lid just to flip the high rise and the RS/SS spoiler out whenever i want.
4. Black out the grill
5. when possible Supercharger/Turbocharger which ever you guys recommend to me.
6. Fixing everything that the supercharger/Turbocharger broke.
7. Hopefully someday find a front fascia designed by Jinx w/the square fog lights.

I totally forgot about the invisible bra, i hate the look of the regular bra (what is the point of protecting the front of your car if you never see it?). Now why haven't they been mass produced for feminine uses instead of automotive? lol j/k

When the day arrives to pick up my new car, I've done;

- Take the camera to the dealer and take pics. of the delivery.
- Fill him up with a tank of fresh gas.
- A long, nice bath, followed by a couple of hours of detailing.
- Park in garage, where more pics. are taken, and sit, admire, and contemplate his first "present"(mod.)

I'll do this, and probably think of more, when the day comes for buying the 5th Gen.

^^ I'm with him. Once it's home. I am washing it down with the Meguires wash and then waxing it. The sooner you get a good coat of wax on it, the easier it is to clean......mine is black......

You bring up one of the single most important parts of getting a new car, naming her and pampering her. I thoughtfully dubbed my Cobalt (in Victory Red) Victoria. MMM i'm going to go drive her now.

You ever get caught in a conversation where people listening to the conversation think you're talking about a human being? I do.

1) Putting in quality Mobil One fully sythetic oil with Lucas oil stabilizer
2) Adding water wetter to coolant
3) K&N CAI
4) Replace all rotors with drilled rotors (maybe slotted too)
5) 20% tint all around (if I get the black Camaro)
6) 295, 305, or 315's for the rear (not sure just yet)
7) Pedders suspension (hopefully this package will lighten the car up a few lbs)
8) Replace bushing all around

For my fully loaded, decked out, 6M, Camaro 2SS.

Tint
wash
wax
Lower temp thermostat
0 gauge engine ground, alternator return, bat ground/amp/sub install (fiberglass molded box)
wideband o2's and o2 gauge
some custom embroidery in certain areas.. (possibly dash recover)

From there it goes into my performance mods list which is top secret for the time being..

Discount Tire really does that? What do they charge for that? If Pirelli makes an all Season in the correct sizes (I believe they do) I will immediately do this when I buy it.

Otherwise:

1. remove the window sticker and any labels, etc, carefully preserving the window sticker.
2. Wash/wax because noone does it like you do.
3. 20% tint (not legal here but I don't care).
4. Enjoy for a while until...
5. once Corsa releases an exhaust for it, I will buy it and install
6. Probably a CAI as well, thats about it.

My dealer already knows to leave the license plate bracket in the trunk, I do not drive with one (on any of my sports cars anyway) and I never get bothered... unless I'm doing something else stupid!
