SATXLS3: Did you paint those bowties yourself or hire it out? Looks good.

Didn't have any problems with my tint and the windows. But I made it a point to get the tint done on one of the hottest days in the summer and made sure the installer knew and was comfortable with the windows moving every time he opened the door.

I did the faded gills, very subtle but I didn't want anything to stand out

If you haven't already placed the order, I wouldn't pay for bowtie decals. You end up paying $10+ for a small square of vinyl when it costs about $10 for a roll of it at autozone and craft stores. If you have a local sign shop, they may even give you enough scrap or "sample" to get the job done free.

I couldn't find spray touch-up locally. And it woulda cost around $80 at paintscratch.com. So when I had her tinted last week I had the guys tape out the bowties to match her silver stripes. Cost $15 per and they did the work and its guaranteed. I'm still getting used to it.
The tint looks great. I wish I had it done sooner. Got 15% on the rear sides and rear. Got legal maximum (35% for TN) on front. TN doesn't allow the windshield to be done. Plenty of guys ignore the law and go with 15% all the way around but I figured why get hassled by the guys and gals in the blue uniforms.

1. On the bowties i just plastidipped my front one yesterday. Has a nice matte black color. With mine i just pulled out the bowtie and masked/sprayed it along with my tail bezels.... $7 can from home depot. Im gonna do the rear one this weekend once i figure out what kind of adhesive i need to replace the bowtie on the back since i have the 2011. Vinyl is a great easy option too... no need to remove anything plus you can pick a variety of colors if you dont like it simply peel it off.
2. It just seems like the install didnt go well or you didnt allow enough time for it to cure
3. Dont like em' personally so have no idea
