I finally got ahold of them after shooting 4 emails, once every 5 days or so. Unfortunately they ONLY take emails. They gave me an RMA to send out the windshield fluid bottle out. Hopefully this solves the problem. I just didn't know if i was the only one this has happened to. I cant be the only one unless i just happened to get a defective one. Thanks guys.

The factory cap fits, but can pop up very easily. The problem is because of the two slits that align the cap allow the fluid to leak out when it sloshes around. There needs to be some sort of baffle insert at the opening to prevent the leaking when the tank is filled right up. To prevent it from leaking, I don't top my tank all the way up, but I'm not sure what you could try to keep the lid secure.

Im just a house wife right now with no kids, school, or work....yet. My husbands car is the daily driver (G35) and we use his to go everywhere. Although ill take my Camaro out for saturday car shows, which everyone points out it doesn't close...and grocery store trips because i have the larger trunk (we grocery shop in style ) so maybe once or twice a week? So right now I'm not at a loss. Hope it works :/

That's weird....My washer fluid cap fits and closes just fine on my daily-driven baby. I've had my Injen on for just about one year.

Maybe I can head out to the garage and snap a pic real quick for you.

EDIT: My washer fluid cap is on there very tight, and it closes securely. I do have it rotated the other way, though. Basically, mine fluid cap is facing the opposite direction that yours is, because I placed the tab on the outer ring of the fluid cap into the notch in the washer fluid bottle on the driver's side. I don't know if that really makes a difference, though.

P.S.

Super jealous of your engine cover and T2 ports.
