Need Help! Injen CAI

So I've had my Injen CAI for about 1.5 Yrs. and of course this comes with a Windshield Wiper Replacement Bottle.
My Issue is that it didn't come with its own cap and tells you to use the oem cap, which apparently doesn't fit on mine, which is causing it to spill constantly and having to purchase fluid every 3 weeks or so. Just wanted to know if anyone who purchased the Injen CAI if they have the same issue and what you did to resolve it.

I have searched high and low in the area for a cap that fits and several auto parts stores, trying to avoid buying one on the internet, but looks like i might have too. If so, where did you get yours?

I don't have a injen intake but if I did I would be calling or sending emails to injen asking about this. I wouldn't tell them you have had it for over a year thou.

That just fit's over the oem cap, that won't solve the problem.

I thought someone on this board had one that fit on the Injen. On mine it just doesnt latch down for whatever reason and i figured that is a screw on it might work. I havent done a measurement on the nozzle to find out.

The cap in your link you just use silicon and put it on top of the oem washer cap.

I would give them a call and see if you can't get the bottle and a cap direct from them.

Mine fits. It took a few tries to get it on, but it fits. I would call Injen, that would probably be your best bet.

If you are having to replace fluid every 3 weeks, I don't think all you fluid is leaking out the cap. Yes, the caps fit a little loose. I only fill my bottle 1/2 to 2/3 full to prevent spillage. However, in your case it sounds more like the bad seal problem where the pump is located. Continue to try and contact INJEN and have them send you a new seal.

Yes, mine is loose only in how it snaps closed, not tight, but I dont loose fluid. I suspect the motor grommet also.

Id love to call them but they do not deal with the public, only wholesalers and vendors.
