I was about to reply with the whole "paint em to match" then I saw that ya did!

40 for the front and back. But you can fit 45 led in the back sidemarkers. I wanted the everything to be the same length.

Almost there... Need to paint the outer perimeter black so the red light doesn't poke through the lens. These LEDs are so bright.

This last one is turned off but the reflector still came on in the flash.

Yea I thought that might be a problem. Maybe a black primer before painting would help. Or black silicone when resealing.

I painted the front really well with a gray primer. Not a big deal I'll just repaint the top and bottom.

Sounds good. I'd like to see more pictures whenever you get a chance after you're done. No rush though.

holy crap! Those look way better than I thought. Good job. My trouble would be matching Crystal Red Tintcoat when I get my camaro

Ever think about maybe putting a layer of tint or black out on the inside part of your markers to darken the LED effect?

Nah. I love lighting up other cars on the road.

It's pretty cool. As I pass cars, they turn amber then red. LOL
