As GM prepares for ch. 11 filing on Monday, this guy and others like him are still employed by a dealer selling GM cars.

The coincidences are just striking.

Anyone in any form of customer service should NEVER have exposed tattoos to begin with.

At least try to look professional, even if you are a complete idiot when it comes to product knowledge.

This is not funny............it is a sad commentary on the CURRENT professionalism of too many dealers. Some unsuspecting 19 YO is going to believe him!

lol so true - last week i was looking something to buy at home depot, so i asked the guy where can i find different size screwdrivers in one package. he said "we don't sell those - we only sell separate screwdrivers" as we were standing about 15' away from a huge collections of screwdrivers - exactly what i was asking for.

same with this salesman "stitching package" "sunroof comes standard" - you check your facts before you post a video knowing that millions of people may watch your video. what an idiot.
