Cool thanks I came accross that product when trying to find a good conditioner for my home leather sofas, but never thought about using it for the car seats. Im going to get some and use it on both. I bet white leather would be hard to keep looking good.

Armour All stuff sucks in my book. My ex girlfriend used that stuff on my CRX and cracked the dash and door panels. It actually dries out the seats and dash.

I am convinced it's the way you are getting in the car.
I put my left hand over that exact spot and slide my but over it and down in the seat. I try not to slide around to much. I have 20,000 miles on my car and there is not a hint of any kind of wear in that area. I am 5' 10" and 150lbs. -Funk

I have similar issues. Can i ask those of you who had the dealer cover this, did they replace the entire seat cover on the backrest, or just the worn panel? If they replaced the cover, did it fit as tight and wrinkle-free as the original? Finally, my car is a 2010, but was on the road in 2009... so my warranty for such things is probably gone..:( My car only got 8000 miles on it...Wondering if I may still have any chance of having it taken care of at a dealer?

take a 35 mile hike to Delillo Chevy in Huntington Beach and ask for Darrin at the service isle.. I bet you have better luck.. I'm guessing you went to either George or Cerritos Chevy? both suck IMO I have always had issues with the most obvious warranty things being covered.. I had a 2000 Silverado that had 5,500 miles and was under a year old have the drivers side power window fail and George Chevy told me it was from over use..

I'm going through a dealership "maybe it's under warrenty" thing with my halo lights - two differant colors (greenish / whiteish). Their going to give me a call - it's been a week since they said the would contact me. It's not like they don't know about this - two other cars have to be fixed.

as a tech I would replace the cover for you once as a customer service issue. If you try a different dealer they can approve the repair for "Customer Satisfaction." A dealer may do this in order to win you over as a cust for future repairs and a good survey. It honestly comes down to the service manager.
