I have lowering springs, says "Eibach" on them. Came that way from SLP. Handles great, looks great. But not my deal. I might be willing to swap out for stock springs with someone. Maybe. Been thinking a lot about it lately. Lowered look is very awesome looking, but again, not my thing.

Just had mine installed and bushing timed. The ride is amazing and stance looks a lot more aggressive!!

Lowering my camaro was one of my prioriteis. I read too many bad things about springs and just saved for coilovers. I think bc racing coilovers are like 900 bucks. Those or megan coilovers are the cheapest.

Just a heads up for you, the Megan coil-overs are made by BC Racing so they are pretty much identical.

Sorry, but is that good or bad?

Also, what does it mean to get the bushings timed?

TIA

I love my PFADT springs. Granted I haven't hit the track with em since i put em on. but it feels stiffer and more planted.

When you get the bushings timed, all joints in the suspension that affect the bushings are loosened, then the car is moved around a bit (to resettle the bushings), and everything is re-tightened. This resets the bushings so they aren't twisted (which will wear them out faster and make for a rough ride).

Yeah I had heard that here before but I did not research on it. I personally will stick with KW. I have had good experiences with them.

BC Racing makes coil-overs for many large companies so I don't think that it is a bad thing at all.

We have used and sell KW coil-overs with great success. They are very high quality coil-over that many people don't even consider when contemplating buying coil-overs.

So, I was so close to buying both BMR 1.2" Lowering Springs and front and rear sway bars, when I last minute decided to email my dealer asking how it would effect my warranty (because I am trying to at least make it a whole year without voiding my warranty) and they said that it would void both my suspension and power train warranty, which was really disappointing. So I guess I'll be waiting at least 6 more months for lowering springs. How have they effected yalls warranty? Is this normal, or is my dealership just anal?
