When I installed my lowering springs from BMR, I was, in the BMR instruction manuals, recommended to adjust my caber and toe settings and so I did. As far as fasteners are concerned, I can take that into consideration, however both times I got this installed at the dealer. I can't imagine they'd make this mistake twice, however, that be said, I never checked.

@ UF4LIFE102SS: No I never hear or heard any rubbing. Anyway, I will look into the fasteners this time when I install the new fender liner.

Btw, is there any website where I can get part numbers? I've seen GMPartshouse.com and partstaxi.com and so on so forth, they all show me the part I am looking for with the price, but never the part number.

Since I am a layman, I shall explain it to you in layman's terms. Offset determines how far out or how deep in your wheels would sit with respect to the fender. Actually, its a lot more technical and the actual "with respect" is to the center of the wheel, but for ease of understanding and for visual reference, we will go with "with respect to the fender".
It's odd but the higher the number, the deeper inside the fender goes the wheel and the smaller that figure, the further the wheel will move outwards. My rim being 9" and of +20 offset, they tend to align just right with the fender. I don't get any rubbing issues with my fender, however I'm not sure if I can say the same for my fender liner.

Hope the above information is sufficient enough.

It was good info, thanks for taking the time to explain, and I hope you resolve your issue soon.
