If you are only talking about cat-back exhaust, there's next to no performance gains in doing that so it's all personal preference on sound. Look here: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21289
Listen to the different exhaust clips and pick which one you like best and go that route. If you're in love with the way the NPP sounds then get that. I just think it's really overpriced and you can get comparable sound for about $200-$300.

There was also no gain reported for the change for electric power steering. I don't think Chevy wants to change output officially when it is hard enough to get insurance on these things for the young guys and 10 more crank HP would put us over the Vette.

Here is what I learned about adding NPP to a non NPP 1LE.
Basically NPP improved power at the end of the LS3 power band. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=316448 |

So the short answer is yes, it improves performance, but no it is not a magic bullet that improves every aspect of performance. Yes, I would recommend NPP to a friend. My advice, if you like the look, sound, and behavior of NPP, then order it. But dont expect NPP to bump you into the next class of racing. Few things in life improve things all by themselves. |

As far as increase in power goes for just the NPP, no idea. But mine with the NPP fuse pull and.a CAI and vmax was dyno"ed at 409rwhp, make what you will of that number. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...1144&p=7389356 Something in between the NPP, eps, and 1le package is ampimg it up... |

I don't really know if the NPP gives a HP gain, I'm sure if it does it is not much. I pulled the fuse on mine so it's open all the time and I love it!
Put a CAI brand Cold Air Intake on it right after I bought it and that allegedly gives an extra 10 HP. All I know for sure is that combined at wide open throttle going thru the gears, it sure sounds badass!!!!! I love it!!!!!!!!!

you do realize you posted on a thread from 2014 that doesn't even pertain to a V6 car?
