Thanks for your post. I am looking for the same type of exhaust (louder than stock, but not obnoxious) and I thought your description was perfect. Just wondering if the difference was enough to justify the purchase? My mouse pointer is on the "submit order" button--just want to be sure. Thanks, man.

All I can say is that it was for me. If the idea of spending a grand for exhaust gives you the heebie jeebies, you might want to think about it, but it wasn't a big issue for me.

It isn't that much different from stock, but it is enough that you will notice. That will work for some people, and other people want to have the bad ass sounding car that pisses off the neighbors when you start it at 4 AM to get up for work.

I suggest watching as many vids as possible.

So I take it the Borla Touring is pretty quiet?

How does it compare (noise level wise) to the Magnaflow 2.5 street catback?

I'm shopping for a quiet catback to mate up with my 1 7/8 headers that are on their way via UPS.
