I'm a 'tard with this stuff and did it in seconds flat (think 'caveman easy').
Only issue I had/have is it won't let me store "Home" or "House" since it sounds too much like "HELP!" wtf? Not sure what language they're comparing those words in, but it can't be Engrish

Easy set up. Blue tooth works great with my Blackberry. I set mine up at the dealer while waiting for finance to finish paperwork - 5 minutes tops!
RavensJeff - nice HD! I ride an 07 wideglide. Toys are nice - huh?

Verizon, or whoever you have might help you out with a phone upgrade. You should look in to it- this is a cool feature for the car.

I tried finding that list earlier and can't locate it. If you (Or anyone) can post the link here, that would e cool.

Same here. It was working for a few months but lately, it's nothing but trouble. I've deleted and re-paired a few times. Sometimes it works, most times it looses the connection and then I have to grab the phone. I got a replacement phone (LC Incite) and it worked for a while before it started acting goofy again.

I like storing names like Optimus Prime, bumblebee, Jazz, Ironhide, Ratchet and then assigning names to loved ones you like to call often.

UPDATE

my phone is not on the list of compatible phones, but i deleted and re-paired it anyways. and it worked!!

but i can only make calls. every call i make, works perfectly...not one problem. but when it comes to receiving calls...it NEVER works. the connection is always lost and it reverts back to my cell phone.

if it's not compatible, shouldn't it fail to work completely? any other suggestions?

Does anyone know if you will be able to use the voice commands with your paired bluetooth phone if you let your OnStar subscription lapse?

When you pair your cell phone, your using your cell phone number to make the calls-- not the ONSTAR #. The Camaro comes with the Bluetooth unit that can be used with ONSTAR or your cell phone/s. I think there actually is another bluetooth unit in the car that is used for streaming music.

ONSTAR is only using your Bluetooth unit until the account stops. You'll always be able to use your Bluetooth unit.

If your paired cell phone dies (Needs charging), it will default to ONSTAR, but you'll know it. I don't think the defaulting happens when ONSTAR account lapses.

Ok, so if I understand you correctly, When my free OnStar trial is over, I will still be able to use the hands free voice commands with my paired cell phone?

Thanks for the information.
