Good write up OP! You should put a post like this also in the diy section for future references. I been thinking about doing rear ones on my car to help with the rubber sticking to the body during burn outs in the wet box on the track. This idea of yours would work great. For the fronts that would be nice to as I have tons of mini pin chips on the lower oem rockers. My girls 5th gen Camaro came with flaps on front and rear of her car and there is a huge difference between hers that had the guards form day one and my car that never had any.

My car has only 22,000 miles... but look at all the chips.

I'm at 57,000 miles and I only have 3 or 4 on my front facia. That's it. Hard to explain
as so many owners have dozens of chips all over right from the start.

Also, just to clarify, NO fasteners or mounting hardware come with the GM rear set. The parts diagram looks like they might use rivets, but the fasteners I pictured above worked great and securely hold them.
OK you asked for correction if you are wrong ...
There is a 4 piece stealth ZL1 splash guard set available OEM that includes the front pair THAT INSTALL BEHIND THE TIRES. Bought it for my 2014.
Also ... On 2014/15 the back bumper and attached lower molding is different in rear rocker panel area that is why the kit comes with extra rivets and lower cross brace for the back ... so the stealth splash guards will still work perfectly for that newer 14/15 car design.

This picture is front showing placement of Camaro OEM splash guard behind the front tire.

Yes, there is a 4 guard kit (part 23114083) that fits the 2014-2015. But everything I read was that this wouldn't fit my 2013.

I was NOT wrong in that the 2012-2013 ZL1 did not have behind the front tire guards.

What would be great info, much like the purpose of my original post, would be to answer the question if the 23114083 kit would fit without modification on the 2010-2013 model years. Of special interest would be just if the front guards from that kit would fit my 2013.

**apparently OEM front '14-15 guards (parts 22967715 and 22967716) were discontinued in 2015?!?!
