Here ya go:
You see the buttons on the back of the steering wheel? Those are your sportshift buttons. I don't recall which ones upshift and which ones downshift, but I do know they each perform a sepparate function. |

I believe it is Right - UP, Left - Down. The pictures of the steering wheel head on show the two little nub things with a plus on the right one and minus on the left.
