Mine look the same way. When I order the 1 7/8 Kooks system, I will have them coated so it doesn't happen to the headers.

Kooks, ARH, and I think Dynatech are 304 Stainless which has little iron in it and will probably never show any rust. The coating is good to keep the heat temps futher down (although this is not needed since stainless steel does a great job at insulating it) and for show keeping them looking good all the time.

Stock header's were not ment to be on the car long. Get some long tubes. LoL the rust is your car telling u it don't like the short tubes. LoL
