The Tesla actually sounds kinda bad ass when you get on it. But its not the same.

A Tesla pulled up to our store a few months ago. My dad walked outside and asked the guy "can you crank it? I want to hear what it sounds like"

He said "it's already on"

It may not be in my lifetime... or ever, but it is a possibility. I'm not looking for politics, I'm just asking to use your imagination and describe what some events might sound like minus the 'auto' sound. Good or Bad... just curious.

Some companies are already investing in "noisemakers" for low-speed commuting down city streets. Those may be beeps at intersections, or an artificial humming at "idle", or maybe even artificial IC sounds.

Personally, I don't see the US fleet EVER going 100% electric.
