I should add that I've got 20k miles on my original set of P-Zeros and there has been no abnormal wear. They have not been rotated at all.

Either way, do you really want them touching your car when they are making that many mistakes on a model that's been out for two years? Either they're greedy or incompetent, neither one deserves repeat business.

On the tires, you CAN rotate side-to-side, but there's no point unless your alignment is off. And then that's a whole other issue.

I just put some "fall" air in my tires to keep the light from coming on.......no, seriously I did!

I live in FL. too and I don't have that problem. They might read between 35-38 aday.
