I've had 2 smooth transactions with them and never had a reason to call, so I don't know how they are to deal with on the phone, but I've been very happy with the stuff I've ordered from them.

takes a couple weeks for the painted items but great quality perfect match.

I bought two painted interior items on Oct 21, just shy of six weeks later i am still waiting. I have emailed back and forth several times.

My last email was today. I will have to file a Paypal dispute at the end of this week if items are not received. We shall see how it all end later this week.

Wow, sorry to hear, in researching this companys name in previous threads it seems there have been issues for sometime, delayed orders, phone doesnt work, messages left unanswered. I myself obviously should have thought my choice for business over more clearly, hence my spoiler problem.
