Price reduction is not acceptable to me unless ABL is left off ALL 2010 MY cars. No way after committing to the car early and going through all the pre-order hastle and drama, that I want to have less, or deserve less than later 2010 2LT, 2SS buyers. Late intro. - retrofit is all that's acceptable.

Wow, glad you said it first, i'm not that big of a fan my self but didn't wanna start a war with everyone that seems to like it so much. Maybe it's cuz i've never seen a good picture of it before. But i have a question... i ordered a 2SS, does my car come with it automatically or is it an option?

I don't know....but it must be hard enough cause they have obviously run into snags with it and aren't showing it working at shows, and they did delay the car....but you're right it's not rocket science to get light through pipes. I'm gettting a 2SS regardless of if it works or if we get a discounted price, but I can sure understand why people are upset about the whole thing with ABL so it's not such a small issue to some and we should respect that.

BTW....it's kind of a bold statement to tell people on this site that it will be working unless you have some solid info to back up that opinion with to turn it into a fact.

All I know is they either have it or don't have it now...if they release it later and can't retrofit our cars I will be very upset and I know I won't be the only one.

It was something I was looking forward too, but it isn't a deal breaker for me. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed they put it in the cars...I don't understand why they are making such a big deal out of it. The Dubai car looked just fine the way it worked there, just leave it!

Imo. I think if they can't get it ready in time it should be installed at a later date for those who miss out initally. I'm gonna be pissed if I can't atleast add it myself later I really like they lighting and don't wanna miss out

For some reason... I kinda think the problem with the ABL is the "reliability" of it. Maybe it's not working in cold weather...or hot weather... They, most likely, have it working, but don't want to put it in a vehicle if they're not 110% positive it will be reliable.

Seems to me they got it working a little bit ago but want to see how well it will hold up over time. I know they can do high-voltage stress tests to simulate a long time of it being on, but as stated above they surely want to add other variables such as long-term exposure to hot/cold. We shall see....

Why is it that color?
Can I dim it independently of the gauges?
Can I see it in the daylight?
Will it don't work on accessory power?
Will it come on with the dome light?
Will it match the glove box light?
Why doesn’t it flash the proper door when I turn on the turn signal?
Will it be on or off with remote start?
