I searched for this and couldint find anything, so i appoligize if this has already been stateed. But is there any conformation that camaros without the leather seating package wont have ABL. If it didint come with ABL could you get the dealer to install it for you?

as of right now if you didn't get leather you don't get ABL. it only comes on the 2LT and the 2SS. however as with the blue SS they may change the options before the launch.

It is also expected that you would be able to add this on later (either aftermarket or GMPP), but that hasn't been confirmed yet.

I'm pretty sure ABL doesn't come on any of the models that you get cloth with.

From GM/Chevy. For Model Year 2010 Camaros, you only get Ambient lighting if you order a 2LT, or 2SS.

^^ not to be debbie-downer, but that's even been an iffy topic lately. i would like to add ABL to my 1SS, though

the tail light lenses are still baffling me. ive seen excellent pics, but still don't have a preference.

i suspect they will be more noticeable in person, idk.

What do you like better about rs rear lighting?

I thought they said in san diego that it was pretty much worked out now (ABL that is?) - not that it matters to me because I'll be getting the cloth interior and just doing my own ambient lighting.

As for the tail lights, I'm going to look when the car comes out but I think I have an idea of how to make the tails look like the concept (dark in the center, lighter on the outside) - don't know for sure yet though.
