Just put a set of 304 TSP headers, cats, catback and Intake on this weekend. Jason really got the headers right and the install and sound is great! I had the complete system and intake installed in 3hr with a couple breaks for refreshments.

That's what I like to hear jason. Do they come with a 3 in x pipe or do you have to buy that seperate.

I never knew this... Anyone confirm thats the truth? Not saying it isnt true, it just puts another spin on the the "all american headers"

Jason....Another question for you. If I remember correctly, your new headers only have the ports (or bungs) for two of the O2 sensors (not four), is that correct??? If that is true, what is the significance of this, and which two are deleted (forward or aft of the cat)? What do you do with the two remaining wire connections that are no longer needed? I thought I remember hearing that these two sensors are "tuned out" anyway when the tune is accomplished anyway...is that true?

If you go with the cat delete (off road) connection pipes the rear 2 sensors are not used and tuned out with a tune. Just tie wrap the connectors up out of the way. If you go with the high flow catted connection the rear 2 sensors can be installed and connected to the wiring but they are also deleted in the tune from reporting falsely.

Well said Jason, I think I will be swapping out the PaceSetters for a set of TSP 1 7/8 soon!! Anyon want an 8 month old set of 1 3/4 PaceSetters? They did make 481 with my combo listed below!! The only reason I even want to swap them out is bc I want to get closer to 500 and the bigger headers and ported TSP heads should put me there for sure!! Maybe 300 with the O/R connection pipes? Serious about this!! PM me!!

You are correct we only keep the front o2 sensors. The rears are for checking the cats & even with high flow cats they still throw a code. As a result we leave the rear o2s out just like most of the companies do. I just don't really want to pay for o2 bungs, or have the o2 sticking in the flow restricting air when they don't do anything productive.

Jason, question for ya. I remember a while back heating about a O2 sensor simulator. Have you ever used them? It seems like a great cheater to not throw codes. And to be able to use long tubes. Its also a plus to not have to spend another $3-400 on a tune and potentially void a gm warranty?
Any input? or other advise??

Can some one please tell my what the biggest difference (pros and cons) is between the off road extension pipes and the catted extension pipes?

Is there a much of a difference in HP or emissions/pollution? Is it mainly just a difference in sound? I think I want the catted extension pipes because they would be more likely to pass an emissions test, disregarding the visual inspection and would put out less pollution but don't want to spend the extra dollars if it is pointless. Plus, I have another 3 years before I am required to do an emissions test anyway.

Off road pipes: pros, more power, cheaper....cons, more pollution, more smell, fail emissions
Catted pipes: pros, less pollution, less smell, pass emissions....cons, less power, more expensive

Not sure about that one. Jannetty did a test of LTs with and without HF cats and there was basically no difference.

Cost...yes....more expensive but I wouldn't base it on more vs less power. It will be so minimal you'll never know the difference.
