I think it depends on the owners opinion...u can hear it well with the windows rolled up but I haven't heard it from the outside yet....I can bear with it and it sounds great! Everyone says it's loud but in a good way...you might need to hear it in person first so u can decide whether or not you think it's too loud....at first I was afraid it would be too loud but it's just fine, but then again it's what I think....

I have the MRT V2's. Been down that road with the loud all the time and what people forget is when you are sick or not feeling well the noise will affect you. I had a dodge ram that was loud all the time and there were times when I took my wifes car cause I just wanted some quiet. Eventually I took them off. That and my neighbors hated me. I mean to the point of telling me they hate me in hgih idle as it warmed in the morning. I am happy the system works for you but mark my words someday you will think about me and say.... Dang it he was right..... But with the newness of the exhaust it wont be for a while. Now maybe you live in the country and you have no neighbors and such. Even the MRT v2's have a drone at 1900 that gets old. But I will never remove my MRT's cause they do have a quiet mode that allows me to leave the place I live undetected. Only time I hear them is high idle and when I road rage. They the smiles start.. roooaaaaaarrrrrr. Love them. Anyhow good purchase. I love supporting MRT when I can.

^^^yea I know what u mean, I live in a quiet neighborhood but I haavent had any complaints yet lol....I only get sick about once or twice a year so idk when I would experience that either hahaha....it's all preference though when it comes to the MRTs, it's loud all the time vs loud when you want it...I haven't regretted my choice yet but we'll see how I feel about the system within time ...I've heard both versions in person and I don't think no one can go wrong with either mrt they are both jus amazing!

The drone doesn't bother me at all.

I've had mine on for about 9 months and about 2 after the initial install, I did a resonator delete and it never gets old!

Congrats
I've been on the fence all summer about doing the resonator delete with my MRT 1.0,,, how much louder does it actually get or does it just get more low end rumble?

Also, how much louder does highway driving get? I've already put 9000km on my MRT 1.0 mostly highway driving but I dont think I'd want it much louder cruising. Its fine now but any louder might bother me.

But I'm still on the fence and might get it done. I also have DT headers which makes it growl a little lower yet.

I did the delete when I first put on the V2's, all else in my sig was on the car. way to loud! Even with the resonated x pipe the lack of stock resonators upped the sound by 30% or so. Way to boomy and "hollow drum" sound in the car.The sound tonned down a bit and moved "out back" after breaking in but not enough to warrant taking off the resonators. Yes to loud as is at cold idle also. Fire it up with the garage door closed and open it up after idle goes to normal, so the neighbors wont say anything.

After watching your videos again. I am so happy I purchased my MRT V1.0 I just got my delivery date. I am so happy its before the first tuesday of next month. We have a local cruze and I am sure that exhaust will turn some heads.

Do you think the sound will lesson if I weld it on. Looks like you clamped it on or am I wrong? Also are you still loving the sound..

I got a knock on my door the other day from my neighbor. Her kid and his friends wanted me to start my car up so that they could listen to it. She said that she used to be able to make the sound when I pulled in... then one day it turned into a wild beast and she wanted to know what I did to it. I'm pretty sure that they didn't disapprove...
