Finally got my belt rubbing issue solved, but today got some good weather 3rd and 4th gear pulls only to see 11.5-12 psi and 12.0 afr at rev limiter... So... After two pulley swaps back and forth... I settled at 3.750, just over the 10psi mark, around 11.5ish afr and briefly 11.8 afr at rev limiter.

It is much more manageable on the skreet, the 3.625 pulley and near 12 psi peak was ridiculously traction limited. Fun, but useless on the street and dangerous if ever hooked up on stock IRS.

As I expressed, the cam is wrong for that application which is why it makes such big low speed power as it is trapping cylinder pressures in that range. We can either change the cam or put a different one in the spare motor

Definatly spare motor and the new secret heads and still old school 427
