Well, it's (North) American made. I try to buy as much as I can made in the US or CAN, including vehicles.

all the Japanese car companies build in the US. and Hyundai/kia and VW are either building here, or building facilities to build here. I myself try to avoid American made products. they're usually of much lower quality. especially vehicles. not hating, but I live and work in the US, and I know the mindset and work ethic of the typical American. it also doesn't help that our schools are producing the dumbest students in the industrialized world.

I say buy it bro!! The GT-R will always be superior compared to a camaro. In every aspect IMO.

If I had the chance to trade my Camaro for a GT-R I wouldnt even think twice about it.

rice burner really?

umm wrong category with that comment, The skyline has been a front runner in the international world of rally and road racing for years, more recently drifting and is a well respected piece of machinery, It has relentless power and quickness and is hardly what I would consider a "rice burner" this is not your typical headlight removed, interior stripped, roll barred, turbo engine acura swap, "I run 11's,10's etc." lawnmower greddy exhaust, civic"! that is a rice burner not a skyline.

The GT-R is a beautiful car for sure!!

If I could afford one, I would probably go ZR1 first, but either way.. the Camaro wouldn't be a thought in my mind.

What is there to think about?!?!? GT-R ALL THE WAY!!!

The Camaro SS is a great car, but its a bargain performance car. The Nissan GT-R is a true exotic car. A precision machine!!! Its in a whole other league.

People are so uninformed to solely buy a car just because of where it is made... or where they "think" its made. The reality is, the automotive business is global, and all the international suppliers supply to everybody. No car is genuinely from one country or another, as they all source parts from all over the world. So that arguement is invalid.

If I could afford it, I'd get the GT-R without thinking twice. DO IT!!!

Moose, I remember when you use to have that CGM LT, and when you sold it for the SS you have now. Both are awesome cars.

I'm a Nissan GTR fan for sure. If I ever had the money for one, I would buy it in a second. If the GTR is what you really want, I say go for it. After all, what's not to love about it?

Won't lie, I'd drop my SS for a GTR any day of the week.

The GTR is in a whole different class. I can't deny that I would take the GTR over the Camaro but not over a Vette of the same price.

14.1 MPG. Higher than 9.

The GTR just STICKS to the ground. I dont think I could spin it if I tried. There's absolutely zero body roll
Sounds like you need to talk to Pete from Pedders! He'll make it corner like its on...

the only car i would replace my camaro with is a GTR, those are amazing. but i like to drift, and those are designed not to slide. so i never will.

That is a great view of the GTR, the front end not so much.
