Big waste of money. Typical of our government.

They say its about saving energy and all, yet they would pay to have my 12mpg truck crushed and pay towards me getting a 14mpg new truck.

Every little bit helps eh? They should call it the new car dealer stimulus program, because thats what it is.

Common sense went out the window, I'm gonna keep my truck because 4500 would be giving it away and Ill just drive it less.

Now theres a good concept, just drive less.
