830whp thru an A6 and 97 octane?

I hope you're right, but 700rwhp with those mods is pushing it through an A6.

I've got to be missing something? Like a 75 or 100 shot?
I dunno, I make over 700 on pump gas and have a 100% stock long block.

One of the major add-ons was Alky methonal system.

I have since tuned it down to approx. 700-720 for everyday driving and use.

And you're not running the stock blower.

I am not here to have a debate over the facts however you welcome to your opinion. Do note that not all upgrades are listed nor will they be fully disclosed. I hope we can move past this and welcome your skepticism.

Then no reason to list HP. When things don't match up it's only natural to question.

It is absolutely a good question not at all debating that however my first sentence clearly states 'new results based on more tweaks' - I never elborated on what they were and don't plan to fully disclose my build.

The guy who performed this recent dyno was not my builder or tuner. It was a third party, MCE Racing out of Willows, CA near Thunderhill raceway. Kevin has been dynoing cars since 1966 and does so actively for Nascar - The dyno used is maintained and calibrated to date by Dynojet. Check him out at http://mcedyno.com/contact-us/ - this is all he does for a living and has no real agenda ...

NP... have it your way and we'll move on. No one is accusing anyone of having an agenda. Without all the pieces to the puzzle there's no sense in discussing as one question just leads to another. I'm out.

Does this mean we are no longer friends

Sorry, I just re-read my post and it came out a bit harsh. I just didn't intend this post to go so far its tracks. I thought I was simply updating my 'Build Journal' - I can care less about dyno numbers its far more than that as we can all agree.

I still love your new tire setup!!

Yes sir! exactly what I am looking at purchasing. I am going to install my Hurst Line Lock. Test it, burn off the F1s and get the ET Streets on the car. Hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks. Business has been crazy. The car has been sitting for 2 weeks now!

Ha Ha... no we're good.

I've just been around long enough to know the numbers and a heads/cam/pulley/meth isn't going to make 830 and you've answered why so no need to dig in. Just my thoughts out loud. Carry on

BTW I just read your build post, looks sick! Fantastic job on the build. Have you had a chance get her out to the track and get some numbers? Are you tuned in for 91-octane ?
