Damaged on Delivery

I wish I had known that before hand about USAA Trappistbrew. I wonder why USAA only shot it out to 3 dealers in my area.... Well I got off the phone with the mechanic today. I was told my car is one of two cars to even have this tranny making said noise. They have requested a new transmission from GM. He said that while the noise isnt nothing that will break it because visually/structurally you cant tell. GM still has still not found the cause of it.

Also found that the car had came from where I locally lived and was driven up to Atlanta and back down to me which put the odometer at roughly 460 miles..... Which made me furious to know that the car I just bought was sitting less than 10 minutes from where I live. I had to wait over a week to get delivered with excess mileage and damage.. wow

I immediately called the dealer and explained the damages I had found and they asked for pictures which I took and emailed shortly after. The following weekend I drove back to Atlanta and they had a wheel repairman try and fix the rims. While driving up I noticed a wind noise around 70mph sounds its coming from under the car/transmission possibly a/c air intake. I get to Atlanta and the wheel repair guy fixed the rims (not really) they buffed out all but the rear scratch and scratch under the fog lamp. Ok I can understand you can barely see it unless you look really hard. BUT I know it’s there.. Manager said ill put some touch up paint on order??? Should I really accept these pathetic offers? I thought the rims looked good I was briefed not to wash the wheels or spray anything on them for at least a week.

As for the other repairs they wanted me to drop the car off for a week or so since they had no idea where to begin with the noise @70. I had the car for 8 days before I decided to wash it and clean the rims and noticed that they were not as shiny as before and were rough you could hear the difference when rubbing a towel over them. So I called again and told them I wanted new rims and they pretty much were like... "Well just bring it in and I kept getting I’ll have to speak with my boss about whether you get new rims or not" So I hung up and thought about it for a few seconds... Called back and went the hell off!! I basically told them they aren’t listening to me and to let me make myself clear. New rims or my wife will be following me up there in another vehicle and you can keep this pos. Well took about an hour of waiting for him to call back and they were ready to do as I had asked. I just got done dropping it off for all the final finishes and supposed new rims they are going to put on and the dent repair/noise. Hopefully everything is done and fixed as promised and I don’t have to go up there and find they tried to repair the rims again and think I won’t notice.. God forbid I don’t know what I'll do at that point.

I appreciate all of those who chose to read my wall of text rant. My questions are. What would you have done differently and what would you
advise someone in my situation? It just seems the dealer is doing the least amount possible to try and please me. It's getting past the point of me being nice about it any longer.
