Nice thanks Rick, I hooked it up today. you think there is any risk of fire keeping the tender under the hood with the hood closed?

I have a trickle charger... so much easier than removing the battery

mine went away today, finally. I haven't driven it in about a month anyway due to the cold and grit on the road. Last week it was a done deal for me though, salt was put on the roads >:(

I washed it today in the cold and put it back in the garage. I will disconnect the battery this week and get some stainless steel wool for the exhaust. I didn't wash the wheels/tires to prevent my brakes from rusting to the rotors (it's bad enough when I wash it then wait to drive it the next week).

I also bought an eight foot sheet of the closed cell pink foam insulation. I cut it into 24" sections and drove onto them to keep my tires off of the concrete / tarp floor. Next Im going to tarp the door behind my car to keep any snow dust / salt spray from coming in. I have a car going in and out in the bay beside mine, so I tarped off the bay that my car is in. pics to follow!

the car is crooked, not the wall. I wanted more room between the car and the bay beside me (on the other side of the green tarp). I will board the rest of the bottom edge of the tarp wall now that the car is in there.
