Cobb for sure, can't go wrong. Your injectors will be at max duty cycle at stage 2, so that's where most people stop. Cobb makes power packages to save you a little money. Cobb fits the best from what I've heard.

From what I understand (I have STI and WRX friends) COBB is great... so is IAG (www.iagperformance.com/) and GT is also very good (http://www.garagetuning.com/)
