Yes his diffuser is plugged.

And my 3" exhaust doesn't bang or rattle. It's been on since 2010. You should get it readjusted at a muffler shop.

I went to a colder plug because it just makes sense, I am making ls7 power so why not run a ls7 plug. They actually made for a nice gain in throttle response that I noticed right away! I am hoping with the addition of the plugs and my other updates, my tuner will be able to put a little more timing in this thing or just pull some more power out of it. looking forward to seeing were I am at after word!

I readjust mine every few months it seems. I've even replaced clamps.
Thanks for the input.

My American Thunder has virtually no clearance and bumps under my car over every bump in the road..
Also, did you plug your stock diffuser outlets?
Where is it hitting? Mine clanked against the tunnel brace at first, and then I readjusted the system and shimmed the cross brace 1/4", no problems since.

Both.

The H-pipe allows for straight-through laminar flow at WOT, but still allows the back pressure to equilibrate on both sides. The X-pipe forces turbulent flow by design. Straight is always better in my opinion (lower delta P).

I actually have the X that came with the ARH system... If they would have offered an H-pipe, I would have rather had it.

If I had a lift I would build these things for people! But total pain on the ground, talk about some body aches for a day!
