Time for a follow-up visit....5 flat tires for that guy!

At least I'll be fine at work - all the Corvette guys park in the same area of the lot every day. I'll just join their group and rest assured only careful car guys will be opening doors near me.

Yeah what is up with the A-HOLES that when you go park way out like I used to do when going to Blockbuster and some idiot would come and park next to me,with 100 other spaces around,my car finally got dented after valet parking
and you know how that goes trying to resolve that losing battle

I usually park far far away. But during the Christmas shopping season (which I hate) that doesn't work. So in my Avy I look for the nearest snowbank. I do however ask the wife if she would like to get out first BEFORE I drive her side of the truck up 4 feet into the air on a pile of snow. I know I know - I'm such a nice guy right.

For the Camaro - far away - bonus spots - corner spots - against planters. Twice now I've left her for 4 hours in a golf course parking lot while playing a round (being careful to avoid areas that might be prone to bad golf shots). Both times I asked my friend if he parked next to me (to provide a "known parking neighbour") and he was like "no.... why?" Idiot!! I told him to go move his car.

I would just take another car. I told the wife I am not taking my Camaro to Dodgers games...I love my fellow fans...but I know there are alot of haters...come on...it's in L.A. lol

Or to concerts, etc...to where I have no choice to where I can park.

We are going to HARDfest this Aug...and my friends want me to take my Camaro...no thank you...

Either way u look at it your still screwed. If you park in the middle next to people your going to end up with a ding. And if you park in the back by yourself your car sticks out like a sore thumb which just draws people to your car. The world we live in just sucks.

Long walks are in for me. My wifes brand frigging new Sebring with the pearl blue paint got swiped on the rear quarter yesterday at a damn wal-mart. I knew much hate. Waited for cops and made the claim. Assholes in junkers need to be killed. Slowly.

I feel for you. I had lady do this when I was in my car. I confronted here and she acted as it nothing had happened. Brand new Grand Prix GT.

I would at least have the gonads to let the person know I did it and leave my contact info.

I try to park between the other two nicest cars in the lot no matter how close or far. Split the difference in space as best I can. Angle the car slightly to allow drivers of the other car more room to enter thier car.

I'm always going to try to park away from others because you just can't trust other people with your stuff. The only problem I have with this is that almost every time I park away from the main pack of people, no matter what car it is, when I come back, there will be one other car out there too, and it's in the space right next to me. What's up with that, why park right next to somebody when the whole lot is empty, it's so annoying!

My alarm keyfob went off on my wife's car one time, I had enough time to go out and confront the family that was carelessly letting thier kids fling the doors open to get out. My alrm has a 1 mile range. I sprinted out, caught them and started going columbo on thier azzez. They tried to deny it I lined up the litlle fat kids door with the ding and collected thier insurance info promptly. I chewed them out pretty good in the process about their careless actions. I bet money they will never do that crap again!

I saw one of the funniest things one day a few years back, the liscense plate on some cool sports car read BLONDE and was installed upside down. She was very pretty and a good sport!!!
