I agree with this knowing that many have tried to duplicate GM's efforts and those were quite costly options to most folks. SLP's were going for how much again?

I still expect to see it in the 53 57 range, they want to compete with the GT500.

Right now I'm on the fence, got an email today from a dealer that has 1 allocation left out of 5, so that means my build date will probably be towards the end of the model year, if that's the case I'm thinking about waiting for the 2013 model, for a couple of reasons. I want to see what new goodies I could get, like that carbon fiber concept at SEMA, the CTS-V has caught my eye, and I'm curious to see what the 13 GT500 is bringing to the table, and the biggest is what is the PRICING.... I'm going to trade up from my 10 SS, so although price will factor in, it will not be a show stopper.. I'm so close on pulling the trigger tomorrow and order, but I think its in my best interest to wait until things are clear..... if I can't get a 13 at MSRP, I'm gonna be pissed...

To tell you the truth ...I dont give a crap about how the interior looks.Im more concerned with performance and outer looks myself!
I personally think the interior is just lovely in the ZL-1

It IS, as long as it's not priced at 65K, thats where I would take issue.

Well I want to commend you if this dealer is local. I'm in the middle of PM's right now trying to nail down shipping costs. I'm thinking most of the stuff from the carbon will be available to purchase right at your local GM parts counter, at least I can hope so.

As for me if I can get a coupe for MSRP from a local dealer or some sort of free shipping I will buy one right away. The bad thing is I showed the wife the pic of the ashen grey vert and then pics of the carbon and she said immediately "I want one". So more than likely I will buy a coupe for me and she will get a vert.
