Hey...no knocking the VR...she may not dyno the best, but she sure performs where it counts lol.

But seriously...did anyone see my previous comment? Its funny how the TQ is way up from stock but the HP is not much higher than stock would be (assuming a 20% loss). So either the HP read low, or the TQ read high....I dunno but over 300 crank TQ sure does look nice.

I remember my beloved 05 Ram with the 4.7 V8....whopping 245/310 or something like that. This V6 make more power in both categories lol...just maybe at a slightly higher RPM.

We will get it to work. Especially since I still want to use my cover.
Yeah definitly want to use my cover as well. Im sure we will find a way to make it work!

Oh my, 13.2xx may be a reach but I think touching 13.3 is attanable with some good cold Joisey air. lol

Looking forward to see if the spacer helps a bit. This is a nice inexpensive DIY mod for us.

If someone could do a write up with the Vararam I would definitely be grabbing this as my next mod! I love how much stuff is coming out for this car!

the oil filler spacer idea brought up for the MACE insulator may not work, as it's 25 mm tall... could be too big to fit this one

ok mike I will be waiting to see what answer you get about the cover. I really do not want to take it out and just like you I have the Breather so whatever you do I will do whenever I get this isolator..

cant wait til March 18th when I can test out the Isolator combined with the VR

I think it will make some great results on the road. We know the VR shines on the road, imagine what it can do with the Insolator with the ram air and cooler air flow

Hey All,

As far as the cover, it will fit and here is what will be needed.

First the rear insulator panel will need to be trimmed at the back. How much will depend on the installer. The less you trim, the better it will look and cover. The more you trim, the easier it will be to put on. I will have pics from Joes car in the instructions.

The engine cover will go on as is, but if you push it onto the passenger side pin, then the oil cap will not go on and vice versa. So if you can extend the passenger stud 3/8-1/2" it will pop on there and still allow the oil cap to go on.

I did not look for a solution just yet as I need to get some work done today as I am two days behind here.

Thanks for all the orders and I think I have one more left at $150 shipped, so first come first served.

There's a few different cars that use similar standoffs, so a taller one shouldn't be too hard to find
