A tug on the rear sub frame and it moved enough to put on, but then the bolt holes no longer lined up. That was a major PITA. Took a bunch of moving it around with a jack to finally get it lined up. Took me about 3 hours to do it, glad it is over.

And those bolts are a b*tch to remove to begin with!
2010 5th Gen Camaro Sub-Frame Plates are easy to remove. We use a rounded point chisel in the air hammer. We lube the chisel to make it easier to slide in between the plate and the bush. You go in at a right angle and then lever it up. A short burst or two and the plate is off. You are NOT chiseling it off. You are VIBRATING it off -- PEDDERS STYLE!

I should have posted this for you sooner

This message is for the Pedders representatives. Where can I purchase, or how can I make the subframe bushing removal tool? I really dont want to have to drop my rear subframe completely to do the bushing install. Are your HD bushings significantly stiffer than the regular EP1201 bushings? Thank you.

Check the List of Camaro5 DIYs sticky. There is a DIY in there that shows you how to make a bushing removal tool.

Good looking out Stig! Im curious, in the link I'm about to provide you, the guy says he used the weight of his own car to pop out the subframe bushings, and it took him 20mins (he says). Do you know anything about this? Thanks again!

I have a secret tool that will make the install very easy.

it's a propane torch from home depot.

Lower the cradle down, place a large socket or something between the body and the bushing, jack up the subframe to put pressure on the bushing, then heat the outside of the cradle where the bushing goes through, once you heat the bushing sleeve a bit it will start to bubble a little and then it will release and pop out as you keep pressure on it with the jack.
