Rotating Tires 2LT RS - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I have the 2LT with the RS Package. I went to get an oil change and the guys asked me if I wanted my tires rotated and that their manager said you could rotate the tires but in my hours of research last year when I was dreaming about the car I read that the tires couldn't be rotated.

I trust you guys here more than them, can I rotate the tires?

as long as they are the same size it is okay ,you will have to recalibrate the TPM's

Technically, the RS and SS tires can be rotated side to side but not front to back. There really isn't much benefit to rotating side to side unless your alignment is off. The P-Zero tires have a non-directional tread pattern.

ok lets make this simple,no you cant rotate the tires no ifs or maybes its just no and since this facility didnt notice why i would suggest finding another shop

Good to see that you know more than them... do not rotate! Although you can on the non-RS V6 cars...
