Talking Great option for V6 owners looking for more power.

Let your 3.6L exhale with the newly designed 304 SS CNC mandrel bent Stainless Works headers. These headers will never red rust like the cheaper 400 series stainless materials used by other manufacturers. Now available in 1 3/4” or 1-5/8” diameter primaries with 2.5” slip fit collectors that can be mated with either high flow metal matrix catted 2.5” leads or off road 2.5” lead pipes to fit the factory connection point! Stainless Works stands by the quality and workmanship of their products and are second to none it quality and performance.

Feel free to hit me up with any questions!

With high flow cats.

With off 2.5" off road pipe.

Has anyone dyno'd or tracked these yet? I've seen alot of threads about BBK and ARH, but nothing on these.

I dyno it here in Louisville , KY but with 87 octane in it. I didn't know that it would pull timing with 87 as that is what the manual said it ran on. Scrming later posted how it pulls timing on his dash hawk with 87 but not with the higher octane. With 87 octane in it, it did a 268 HP and 244 TQ with the automatic transmission. It is what it is, too bad I didn't dyno it here before taking it up to SW. This is with the 1 5/8" tubes. SW also offers the 1 3/4" tubes, both in 304 stainless, not the 409 which is a lower quality. Don't know how the V6 will respond to the 1 3/4" tubes however, Jannetty Racing did dyno ARH headers on the SS in three different sizes to settle how they would do on the V8. The larger the tube, the larger the gain ACROSS THE ENTIRE RPM range. Put that in caps because I had always heard that the larger tube had a smaller gain in the low RPMs and greater in the upper RPMs. Don't know if the V6 is any different but I would have gone with the 1 3/4" if this test had been performed before I got my headers.

Approximately 15 HP and 20 lb.-ft.TQ with no tune is what I've seen reported in the real world. I'll see if I can get "official" numbers from Stainless Works.
