They replace your 4 OEM restrictive cats with 2 highflow cats. Most will agree that you'll pick up around 20whp with them.

Actually they are 2.5" and slip-fit into the factory coupler clamps at the midpipe to cat-back connection.

Like axis already stated, they replace four cats with 2 cats (1 each per side) providing increased exhaust flow and a louder exhaust tone.

Just as a side note, I never had a check engine light (CEL) while running these.

Yes they will. They just don't have the flex coupling section up at the flange that the stock midpipes have.
