Hot cam Question
I am thinking of updating my cam to a GM hot cam Part# 88958733. Any body else done this? In my research it would seem stock springs are ok any thoughts. Also will stock or diablo tune be ok for daily running? till I can save up for a custom tune.

I think this cam has been talked about on this forum in the past. Try Search!
If you have the specs on the cam I will model the result.

Check out this article which compares the hot cam to several others. From the Hot Rod article with Robin Lawrence installing the cam for testing, the vacuum is a little low and the idle somewhat rough compared to other cams that are now available.
