Got a flat: If replacing one tire, should I replace both?

I know this has been discussed before, but I tried searching everything I could think of with no luck.

I have 20k miles on my car, with a few trackdays and driving like hell. (A hair over 3/16 inch tread depth on the rears)

I got a flat today. Should I just replace the one rear, or should I replace both of them to maintain similar tread?

I know if I drove a camry, or a non-performance vehicle, that having slightly differing treads doesn't matter much, but what about the camaros? I've read mixed opinions online.

Thanks!

I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

If the flat cannot be fixed, i would buy two new tires and keep the one with 20K miles as a back up

I checked with the dealership and 3 other places- all of them said they can't fix z-rated tires. The only place that would fix it said they would only do it "as a temporary fix" until I could replace it, and they plugged it.

Has anyone had success fixing our tires? Its just a small nail hole- they said they would fix it on a normal car but not something like this.

Thanks everyone else for the thoughts!

I'd say anymore then 5k miles on a tire and you should replace both on the same axle.
